1. Create a new document (Ctrl+N):
    • Width: 400.
    • Height: 400.
  2. Now for the colors choose these colors:
    • Foreground: #5F627E.
    • Background: white.
  3. Now Filter > Distort > Twirl: at least 20.
  4. Now Filter > Distort > ZigZag: till it looks like it's rippling.
  5. Now Image > Adjustments > Brightness/Contrast: till it has a good light reflection.
  6. Now Filter > Distort > ZigZag.
